Teacher Heather found Music Together^® as a parent in 2008. After watching her kids thrive in class for a year (and having just as much fun as them in class too) she decided to take the leap and join the teaching team at Music Together by the Bay. In 2019, Teacher Jen decided to take a break from teaching, and Heather became the Center Director and Owner. Teacher Heather just completed her 15th year teaching Music Together casses, and enjoys teaching even more now than when she started. Her style is self-described as silly and extremely human - meaning she embraces the human-ness of the experience of making music: the need to take chances, make mistakes, be vulnerable, and especially not to take yourself too seriously. Fortunately, our students help remind everyone of this most important lesson!
